Native Citrix Setup questions / not working

Installer(.exe or .msi): MSI

License type(Free, Trial/License code): Enterprise

Studio/Robot version: 2018.4.2

Current behavior: After installing the UiPathRemoteRuntime on the citrix server farm the process uipathRemoteRuntime.exe is executed when a user starts a session (see screenshot below). The extension was also installed on the machine and is working, as we are getting the dll-error (see here) when a Citrix-app is running and we want to install it again so I assume this is correct.

The version of XenApp is 7.5 and the the receiver is installed on the server as well.

However when trying to get a selector from the citrix application only the normal citrix selector (whole window) without the appendix “remote application” is created.

Does anybody know if there are additional steps needed for the configuration or any blockers that might prevent the plugin from working?
