My license is from the community, I was using it and suddenly they denied me access:

Situation

I could connect to the UiPath studio but I started doing an assets tutorial and suddenly I was denied access to the studio it tells me that the robot does not exist, I can connect to the orchestrator but for some reason the ui path studio stopped logging in, I was checking And is it something with an access token or the license that I can do, does anyone know? thank you

Welcome to the community

First please login to orchestrator and check the admin → license page …it shpuld say community plan…

If it says free then that means previously you activated some trail license and it gets expired in 60 days and automaticaly converts to free

If you need community then register with a new id and create a new account…free cannot be converted to community

And make sure when you select try UiPath for free it first navigates you to trail version sign up page…from the left botton delect community edition and register there

Could you let us know what is the plan that you can see in your Automation Cloud Account ?

Most probably you will have to Start Pro-Trial so that you will get access to the Studio Licenses. It will also have the benefit of adding other different services as well.

privileges or permissions at user in an organization, for this reason i can´t connetec studio, i resolved creating a new organizacion, but i cant delete another one blush:
