Missing or invalid activity (GetAppCredentials)

I have downloaded and replaced the REFramework in studio but the “getappcredentials” workflow keeps giving me errors when I open it up. I might not have replaced it correctly…could you give steps to replacing the template REFramework in Studio?

You have to install the package of " uipath credentials activities " from
the package management.
