Machine can't connect to robot in Orchestrator

I desparately need help with connecting the robot to the machine in orchestrator. When I put in the machine name, orchestrator url and machine key then click on connect I get an error that says "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it [ip address moderated by staff]. Can you please point me in the right direction as far as how to resolve this issue. Could this be a firewall permissioning issue?

If possible can I have a screenshot of your robot tray where you orchestrator url and machine key were mentioned
Make sure that it is mentioned as per this blog
