Connecting robots and activelt refused issue

I am trying to setup a robot, but I am getting the following error message:

I can connect to the orchestrator URL, and I have setup the machine, robot and users.
I do not understand this error message, is it the connection from Orchestrator and back to my computer that is refusede (meaning a firewall issue)?

If possible can I have a screenshot of your robot tray where you orchestrator url and machine key were mentioned
Make sure that it is mentioned as per this blog
