Log Message Logging Level Order Confirmation

Reading about Logging levels on the ‘Documentation’ found the ‘Priority Order’ but I got a bit confused since it could be relative from the angle you see it, I mean, I’d like to know specifically which one is high priority or first and the less priority or last. I see the ‘<’ but after doing the Cert Test again makes you second guess everything now.
