Log is not stacked in DB. Please help me :(

I’m facing now orchestrator log problem.

Current situation is that log is not stacked in db when I start process.
Of course, I can’t even see the logs in the orchestrator.
However package upload, publish process, set asset is very ok. only problem is log :disappointed_relieved:

During searching for information in forum, I discovered one new issue.

Installed server’s server collation sequence is not set SQL_Latin1_general_CP1_CI_AS
It had been set Korean_Wansung_CI_AS :open_mouth:

could it be that only logs are not stacked on the db due to server collation sequence problems? is that possible?
