There are no available licenses on the server

Hello all,
I installed the new version of UiPath Studio on my windows 11 machine.
I’m not able to start it because I got back from the log the following error:

12:01:05.8786 => [ERROR] [UiPath.Studio] [4] RemoteException wrapping UiPath.Service.Orchestrator.Core.NoUserSessionException: There are no available licenses on the server.
Here my license situtation on the server

Could you please help me to understand how to fix the issue?

Thank you

Hey @LeoB

  1. What’s the method you use to activate license in Studio ?

  2. Are you using RPA Developer license among the displayed list for this ?

Thanks

Hello,
thanks for your answer.
Unfortunately I cannot select any license. I just got the login screen you see below

And after I click on sign in the window will be closed and I got the error I reported in the log file

Thanks again

Hey @LeoB

Can you please open the assistant and login with the same user to whom you have allocated the automation developer license.

Thanks
#nK

Yes, trying to login with the assistant I got this message:

Do I have a way to reset all the license assignments in the orchestrator?

Hey @LeoB

The user email you are using for sign in here should be the same as the user for which you assigned the license.

Could you please show the orchestrator user to whom the license is assigned.

Thanks
#nK

Hi @LeoB , Please try allocating the license to Automation Developer instead of RPA Developer in tenant settings from Admin Login.
Since the license is entitled to Automation Developer in the new version.

Thank you all for the help!
I deleted the orchestrator service from my account and recreated.
After that everything has started to work again correctly

Thank you

if the issue is resolved, could you mark it as solved and close the thread
