Jira Connection Issue

Error 1
Please check if your instance isn’t in hibernation mode. To be sure of this open a Browser with your Jira and search for an issue then try the connection again.

Error 2

System.InvalidOperationException: An invalid request URI was provided. The request URI must either be an absolute URI or BaseAddress must be set.

any suggestion to resolve this issue ?
