Hello Community,

I am working on a use-case using UiPath Community Version and using the UiPath Integration Service for JIRA. While setting up the environment service, I am getting following error:

The connection failed to create, please close this browser tab and try again.

7214928215533448295 : Bad Request: Failed to execute API to provider during provisioning

While reviewing the documentation, I followed the exact steps and I can see that UiPath Service is getting registered in JIRA as well. Please if anyone can help me understand the issue?

Hi @shantanu_chande , Is it okay if I asked what is the Site URL you are using and if you are adding/removing any scopes?

Site URL was of my personal account that I have created in JIRA. Like for ex : Projects - Jira

This is interesting, can you try to create the connection from incognito once @shantanu_chande ?

Hello @Samrat_Dutta Seems it was Firewall Issue but the setting worked in incognito as well. Thanks for the solution.
