Insights Admin Tools not able to setup tenant

We ran the Insights installation successfully. However when we run the admin tool to setup the tenant, we get the message “Could not set up tenant Default”.

But, when we check the Orchestrator, the Insights feature is enabled.

When we try to create new dashboard, it gives an error regarding Elasticcube not available.

Hey @sam_arc, unfortunately from your screenshots I can’t tell what version of Insights and Orchestrator you have, but your first and best bet is always to go through our prerequisites and make sure you’ve met them all, as well as review our troubleshooting guide. from what we’ve seen, the majority of issues with enablement are because one of the requirements wasn’t met

The version we are using is 2020.4.3

This issue is resolved now. Since the Sisense.CLRConnectorsContainer was not starting, we were not able to setup the Tenant using the admin tool.

Sisense.CLRConnectorsContainer starting issue was fixed by increasing the Windows service start timeout by setting the ServicesPipeTimeout registry entry

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control

Type: REG_DWORD
Data: 18000 (milliseconds)
