I use outlook mail but it 's difficult tzo specify the folder

it always raised folder does not exist while the folder “Inbox” existd in outlook . this the main problem i faced

In which activity you are giving the Inbox as a folder could you share the screenshot of it.
Then it will be understandable for us.

Pretty sure you don’t have to designate the Inbox folder, just leave that property blank (Inbox is the default)

Try giving the folder like this…I guess your username
Is displayed in your outlook

abc@xyz.com\Inbox

abc@xyz.com/Inbox

Abc@xyz.com is the outlook name that we see as main folder

Try both the slashes

Can I know what are you giving in the filter condition. If it’s regarding to the subject give the syntax as below:

"[Subject] = Course Invoices"

This is filter out the mail messages with the subject Course Invoices after that you can save the attachments.

Try deleting the activity and reinitialize the activity again. Hope you don’t have two Outlook accounts and make sure Outlook app is installed in you machine. Make sure you have Course Invoice Emails in Tope 30 and It should be Unread.

thank i installed outlook app and bingo

Now try reading the emails with subject "[Subject] = 'Course Invoices' " and save the attachements from that emails.
