I had one Queue in QA folder and i have access to that folder . while i use get transaction item its throwing error.

Pls check whether your robot has access to QUEUES
Itβs not just the folder check for queue as well
Your robot must have view and edit permissions on transactions. 1. Go to Tenant > Manage access and select the Roles tab and edit the Robot role settings there.

in which tab i can check permission? already i had QA folder acess.
My user had
(folder administrator ,administrator , robot ) access
Yes as mentioned i have all access as u provided in screen shot.but still same error

i am adding queue item from chat bot.
Please check the permission level in Orchestrator β Roles and Permission.
and which Orch version you are using?

Can you share the screen shot of the permissions you have
Ensure you have edit and create permissions as well
Enable all the options for queue and give a try
