Getting Unauthorized when using GetQueueItems

The error is Get Queue Items: Operation returned an invalid status code ‘Unauthorized’

I’m using cloud orchestrator, community version and I’ve created new folder and I have administrator role permissions enabled as well as robot.
The folder also includes the automation user.
The robot role has enabled all queue and transactions permission but still the activity throws error.
Any suggestions?
