I am new to UIPath - how to start the conversation with client

Hi,

I am new to UiPath and currently learning to prepare for my exam for automation business analyst certification. However, my boss asking me to start looking for an opportunity on our client side what can be automated. Our client is bank industry. Is there any questionnaire or list of questions that I can based on to start this conversation with my client?
Appreciate your help. Thank you.

Regards,
Grace

Thank you @AJ_Ask and @Krishna_Raj. Is it feasible to conduct an RPA assessment for applications or systems, such as the core banking system, that I am not familiar with, considering that my client primarily uses the ERP for their Human Capital Management Business Process, which I am acquainted with?

Hi @tanzil.grace

I think it will be great for you to get the test access for their ERP environment, so that you can test UiPath compatibility with it.

Also, I will suggest get to know their business process & their automation expectation & then you can plan according to that.

Hope this helps
