Hello guys,

I have been running a bot for a while without any problem. But since few days I am getting the following error while using Excel Application Scope.
Did any of experience the same?

Just would like to also mention that my excels are Sharepoint based files in xlsx format.

Have you updated Excel package recently ?

Yes. If it asks for Excel package to update it then update it else go back to previous version and then try once.

It did work for the first error. :+1: I updated the excel package and downgraded back to previous version.

Now I get this, while working on the same excel in the loop. But it’s in the excel application scope as “invisible”.

Excel Instance might be open from background, this issue solved for me after clicking “End Task” from Task Manager for excel instance .

Hi guys,

I don’t know if you were facing the same problem as me. But in my case, I’ve been getting that error message because I was launching the process in a machine that had instaled Excel and WPS.

I solved this uninstalling WPS in all the remote machines.
