How to raise Support ticket to Uipath Enterprise Edition

Hi Folks,

How do we raise a ticket to UiPath for any technical query ?

I am not able to Indicate Element in SAP since CPU usage goes high in doing this and the system freezes.

Then for this

Try after restarting your computer

Close any unnecessary SAP windows. The more SAP windows that are open, the more CPU and memory that UiPath will use. Increase the amount of RAM in your computer. RAM is a critical resource for UiPath, and having more RAM can help to improve performance.

And make sure that you are using the latest version of UiPath. UiPath regularly releases new versions that include performance improvements.

If the issue persists after trying these steps, it may be helpful to involve your IT Support and UiPath support team
