How to raise support ticket on orchestrator DB issue?

Hi Team,

We have on premise enterprise UiPath orchestrator setup. Currently we are facing issue while accessing the orchestrator.

Kindly let us know how to raise a ticket and get support from UiPath to resolve the issue.

ideally your company email should have access to this site. If not - contact the sales or TAM from UiPath and coordinate to enable this for future tickets as well

We have just changed DB password yesterday.

We have updated new password in the files in the orchestrator app server.

UiPath.Orchestrator.dll
ResourceCatalog/appsettings.Production.json
Identity/appsettings.Production.jso
Webhooks/appsettings.Production.json

Anyother place we have to change the password ??

How you connected DB from UiPath,

just password change wont effect any thing you just need to replace with existing password to new password and check whether permissions are restricted and wherever you are trying to connect DB check those activities whether you are passing static values or any dynamic values…

It is not UiPath activity issue or any value. We have changed the DB password UiPath orchestrator itself manually. Since then we couldnt access the orchestrator.

Try once by clearing all of your browser cookies and with different logins

If still issue then its better to contact support team..

Mostly the change in Orchestrator config file should solve the problem. Since the solution might require some trial and error - i would suggest you to raise a ticket with UiPath

Also it is better not to modify a lot on the config file to avoid new issues

Hi Team,

We have raised a ticket to the UiPath support. Waiting for their reply.

Meanwhile, we tried again reset the password. Now orchestrator login page is loading , and throwing error
As “Error while contacting partition service to validate the organisation”.
