I want to process the task which is completed. but I don’t want to resume the flow.
Once I created the task in the Action center then I want to continue the flow but in between if some task is completed then I want to pick that

If you want process execution to start automatically once action is completed in action center then you will have to run it in an unattended mode(via orchestrator jobs).
If you will start execution of process directly from studio, flow will have to resumed manually via studio.
This can be achieved by publishing the workflow to the orchestrator and create a process. You can go to process tab and run the process. You do not need to resume it from uipath studio. You can open uipath assistant and you can see how it works without your intervention.
