How To Kill Running Job In Orchestrator When Running By Assistant

I have a job that keep running for a days although the pc that running the process is turned off. The production PC is error when update the antivirus and make a bug to the job, when the PC is turned off and broken, the job keep running, now I can’t access the PC anymore, how I can kill or remove the job that’s keep running? Thank you :slight_smile:

  1. Do you have necessary permissions?
  2. If 1 is true…then you can try using orchestrator api to kill the job as you are unable to do from the ui

I think my account dont have the right permission for diong that, so I contact the admin and they delete the process from db, and the process is gone :smiley:
