A user executed an attended job from her computer, the computer froze and had to be forcefully restarted. On orchestrator the job never stopped running, it’s been almost 24 hours now, there are no uipath processes running on said user’s machine. When trying to stop it on orchestrator, the options to stop or kill are grayed out even though I have an administrator role.
I am experiencing a similar problem of manually stopping a running job within Orchestrator that was invoked via Robot Tray, though I am an administrator for the service upon which the job runs. The documentation at https://docs-backend.uipath.com/orchestrator/docs/managing-jobs doesn’t explain why the current Orchestrator user might not be able to request a job stop if invoked via Robot Tray.
