How to fix remote commutation error?

Hi,

I am getting this pop-up and remote commutation error for that selector and the remote runtime version in remote machine 24v it should work for that automation activity package, I Have tried all the packages which are mentioned in the pop up but no luck, please help me, code is not working at this selector.

As said in the error message Remote Runtime is compatible with UIAutomation.Activities package version 23.10.10 and lower.
Please downgrade package to 23.10.10 using package manager and it should work.

You can also upgrade your Remote Runtime to 23.10.16 for compatibility.

@suman_pulipati,

Check which version of UiPathRemoteRuntime version installed on the server machine. If you haven’t restarted server after installation, try that.

No luck getting this error, but selector is in green validated .

The error was showing a version that was NOT in the popup.

Can you show us the error when you do try one that is referenced in the popup such as 23.10.10?

Please include the message like you did and the project dependencies so we can see if they indeed are aligned, cause the message seems clear that they are not.

When you use 23.10.9 areyou getting elevated permissions issue?

Lookslike your horizon client is started in admin mode try to run normally or open studio also with run as admin
