How to Automate using RDP Services... getting error "Communcation error"-reg

Hi Team,

Unable to take the uiautomation using remote desktop services… get the error " Communication error.

Some Settings are Verified…

  1. Remote runtime is running…
  2. Task Scheduler also configured.

To confirm are you using Use Application there?

Have you tried with Cv activities and Native Citrix Recorder?

As per the screenshot we could see that Uipath Remote runtime running and could you confirm whether you already installed citrix extension or not.
