UiPath on Citrix

Hello,

I have a quick question, i’m trying to work on Citrix environment but unfortunately I’m not able to do anything. Version of UiPath UiAutomation package: 19.10.1, version of RemoteRuntime installed on the Citrix server: 10.0.6929.

Unfortunately i cannot upgrade remoteruntime because of the company restrictions, do u have any ideas how it can be done ? For now, I’m receiving all the time same error messages that my version is not compatible

we can use image based automation with activities like
CLICK IMAGE , SEND HOT KEY activity, TYPE INTO activity
or
COMPUTER VISION ACTIVITIES
for more details of it

Thanks for your solution, i know that image based acitvities can be used as well, but to be honest i thought after all instaltions (Extensions + remote runtime) there should not be any problem with using normal ones, rather than image based. It’s not working like that ?

Got it
so did we try reintalling the citrix extension once again and try for this

Unfortuantely it did not help, still same issue
“Cannot automate remote app: your local UiPath package is incompatible with the UiPathRemoteRuntime running on the Citrix server”
