How To Disable / Enable User License Management Under New And Old Admin Experience ?

How to disable or enable the User License Management feature, when new admin experience console design is active?

Root Cause: If the User License Management is Enable, there is one setting in Orchestrator that is greyed out and cannot be changed - Tenant > Settings > Robot Security > Unattended Robot authentication type. This cannot be changed to Hybrid, unless the User License Management option is disabled at Automation Cloud level.


Resolution: Depending on the interface design, find the User License Management option in the following location:

1. If the "New admin experience" is used, navigate to Tenant name > Settings > Advanced. Find the Enable/Disable option there.

  1. If the "New admin experience" is disabled, navigate to Admin > Organization Settings, scroll down and find the Enable / Disable button.
