2023.6.1 Orchestrator cant find the button to disable User licensing management functionality

HI,when I was using the community version of OC, I needed to activate my local backend robot using the community version, but when I activated using the machine code, the activation failed. Upon inspection, it was found that both the attend robot and unattend robots need to be switched to a hybrid login mode. Isn’t this unreasonable? It is reasonable to say that the front-end login mode manages the use of front-end robots and the back-end manages the back-end, but now the two options are managed together?

In addition, according to the instructions in the figure, I need to manage the settings in admin, but I cannot find the button for disable User licensing management functionality. Only accounts created before March 21 see the enable button. May I ask if the disable button can be used? Thank you!
