help because no robot does not run, I get this error ==> You can not act as a BSC.CONSULTORES user. Make sure UiRobot works as a service!

Hi @wiliams,

Can you check the following item. May be a reason to stop the Robot.~

1.Check the orchestrator is having the green round that says Robot has been connected Orchestrator.

  1. If the it is failed. Check the Robot in the client machine. That the system tray symbol should be in blue.

  2. If it is failed. check the “UiPath Robot services” in services.msc.

These are the normal reason to stop robot. May be you can check the event log of client robot machine. can have the information.
