Welcome to our UiPath Forum.

Could you first try cleaning your License folder here (for Studio Community Edition):

%userprofile%\AppData\Local\UiPath\License
%userprofile%\AppData\Local\UiPath\LicenseInternal

And then restarting Studio to see how it goes?

Fixed it with re-install and refreshing the web link for license
