Fail to install the secondary Orchestrator

The installation of the secondary Orchestrator has failed.
In this case, I tried to install the secondary OC using windows installer but faced with the following error response.

It looks like the windows installer tries to create a new clean UiPath database even when there’s already existing one with the same version. Is it possible to just connect it to the existing database? or is there any workaround to install the secondary OC node?
