Fail to change screen resolution

Hi,

I’m having an issue in one of my processes where I need to change the screen resolution of the production machine when running the process unattended from Orchestrator. I have changed the settings in Orchestrator (robot settings) to 1920x1080 and Login Console to False but I can still see that the screen in production shows a resolution of 1050x758.

Try reconnecting the robot again and give a try

Try to reboot VM after configuration update. You can also edit the file uipath.settings on VM but it is not necessary.

You can also handle this in code as well

ensure on the production machine that the particular screen resolution is offered.
Also please let us know of what type of machine it is about: physical Machine, VM …
