I’m getting this error which will be familiar to all no doubt who have automated inside a Citrix environment
However, the issue is, this happens occasionally - usually on the first or first and second run and then any runs after that the bot works fine - the two production bots have crunched through lots of queue items without issue so it can’t be an issue with having the (right version) of the runtime installed.
For a bit of context, the bot launches a Chrome browser inside the bot VM (where Ui path and the bot sits) and signs in to a Citrix gateway and then opens a Citrix VM. When the VM opens the first component that runs is a component we’ve built that looks for an occasional pop up message that can sometimes appear and clicks OK on it if it does. When this Citrix runtime issue occurs, it is always when it is trying to run this component - that is to say, the first component inside the Citrix VM.
Does anybody have any ideas to what is happening?
