Error while starting job from orchestrator API

I am trying to start a job using orchestrator API using HTTP request. i have done authentication process, get release key. but while starting job error is throwing as “Undefined Robots, errror code:0”. Can anyone tell me what is the issue.

@sam, You might have missed to add bots to Environment under that process

Sorry but i didn’t get this explaination that in which config file it is changing my logs from ‘Information’ to ‘Verbose’…?
