Error Connecting to SuccesFactor Using OAuth2

Hi,

I am using Uipath SuccessFactor Scope activity to connect to SAP Success Factors (SF) system, using “OAuth2 client credential” Auth type.
Working with my SF integration vendor, they provided the certificate id, client id and all the necessary information. The vendor confirms the credentials are working correctly.

But when i click “Test connection” in UIpath SuccessFactor Scope, it gives error “UnAuthorized”.
I am not sure what to do to ensure the connection works.

Anyone have any idea on this?

We are having the same issue, not able to find a proper guide how to configure the connection from SuccessFactors side, specially because to setup a OAuth app it requires Application URL and there is none.

HI,

Until now i have not found a solution to connect directly to SuccessFactors from UiPath.
One reason could be the firewall that blocks the connection, but i didnt managed to confirm.

We are looking at alternative solution where the bot uploads import template/data (the data we wanted to update in Successfactors) into Successfactor SFTP instead to be uploaded.

Hi, we just got solved.
From SuccessFactors admin side they need to setup the connection using this guide

Use “https://www.uipath.com” as Application URL.
