Error: Add Queue Item: You are not authenticated! Error code: 0

Hello!

I am currently doing Assignment number 2 (Generate Yearly Report) of the RPA Developer Learning Plan and I constantly get this error when adding an item to the queue I have created in Orchestrator.

“Add Queue Item: You are not authenticated! Error code: 0”

I have reviewed the forum looking for a solution to this problem since I have seen that it has happened to several users but I can’t solve it with the solutions that are proposed. Everything seems to be connected and I have downgrade the UiPath System Activities to the 20.4.0 version but it still doesn’t work.

I’m facing the same problem and tried every solution proposed too with no luck.
The weirdest thing is that I added queue items last week when completing the very first example of this course. Did you find a solution?

Hey

In Orch, check the folder you are using has the relevant permissions.

Click on Tenant=> Folders => Your_Folder
Then check the relevant user has the right permissions to add a Queue item / whatever you need.
