Error 500.19

Hi all, I am currently facing difficulty with installation of orchestrator on a server. I am getting asp.net module error and after if I try accessing public URL it says 500.19. I am not using scu\kjackson at any time during installation, I am using my custom account i.e scu\amishra so I am not sure how it’s being hardcoded in config. Please advise.
