Hi guys I completed the Orchestrator installation but can’t access the site now. Please help. Do I need to uninstall it from the server and if so what do I need to do to fix this. I have a seperate sql server on which the database got installed and I used Windows authentication to connect.

Hi @lrtetala also letting you know I selected windows authentication during installation and not SQL server authentication. I looked at the event log and can see this

Do I delete the UiPath database on SQL server uninstall and then reinstall using SQL server authentication?

try this solution:
Try to access the orchestrator by using the configured FQDN defined in the early stage of installation, insted of https://localhost.
Hi @MohammadAljaafreh once orchestrator is installed, I go to IIS manager and under sites click on Orchestrator and click there and that’s directing me to localhost. What’s configured FQDN? If you mean the public URL, i tried that but says can’t reach the page
@Anived_Mishra you can skip this error right now “It’s related to syncronizing the new update versions”.
Find this Link, in step number 8 you can see the Orchestrator Public URL, this is the URL that should used to access the Orchestrator.

Hi @MohammadAljaafreh thank you for your response. I’ve tried that URL just now but the page won’t load.
There are a bunch of errors in event log including “It’s related to syncronizing the new update versions” and this one. Also for reference this is my proxy settings
