Good morning Viorica, would it be possible to confirm which diagnostic logs you are referring to. We have a DiagTool (Studio - About The Diagnostic Tool ) that generates diagnostic logs and an OCR Diagnostic logs ( Studio - OCR Diagnostic Logs) that enable collection of OCR related logs.
