How to collect the Diagnostic Tool logs, for analysis purpose?

The UiPath Diagnostic Tool is a standalone utility, enabling you to better collect and preview diagnostics info. It comes bundled with a variety of collectors to help you gather just the information you need. Information can be collected from Studio, Robot, RobotJS, Activities, and Orchestrator.

Kindly share us the Diagnostic Tool logs for further analysis, from the machine by following the below steps,

1. Replicate the behavior
2. Go to UiPath installation folder (C:\Program Files (x86) or Program Files\UiPath\Studio or %localappdata%\UiPath \Studio)
3. Open Diagnostic Tool, select the Studio/Robot option(or desired one based on the issue) and go through the steps (next, next, next), finally export.
   
4. Check the resulted .zip file and share it with us.
