Please note we removed one VM under one tenant yesterday(14/01/2025). This morning(15/01/2025) we tried to add a new VM after recreating the VPN connection but we are getting this error message “Insufficient RobotUnit, please allocate more and retry”. Shouldn’t the RUs be released for us to recreate the new VM which was deleted yesterday? As per documentation: Orchestrator - Frequently Asked Questions
I’m afraid if we add more units(3000) we might loose additional 3000 RUs/month. As per my understanding the VM which was deleted consumed 3000 RUs/month, which should have been released and this same units should have allowed for us to recreate new VM. But it is asking to add more units.
I’m confused.
