Hello Aravind, ACR and Serverless robot requires Robot Unit. and I think you don’t have sufficient robot units. You can check that in Admin > Robots & Services Tab, if you have sufficient robot units

Hi Dilip thank you for the response. I can see only these details in the “Robots & Services” tab. I don’t see robot units here.

The error message “Insufficient RobotUnit, please allocate more and retry” in UiPath Orchestrator indicates that you have exceeded the number of allocated Robot units for your Orchestrator service plan. Robot units represent the capacity for running robots in your Orchestrator environment.

To resolve this issue and allocate more Robot units, you will need to do the following:

  1. Review your Orchestrator Service Plan:
  • Make sure you understand the limits and capacity of your current Orchestrator service plan. Different service plans come with different Robot unit allocations.
  1. Allocate More Robot Units:
  • To allocate more Robot units, you will need to upgrade your Orchestrator service plan to one that offers a higher Robot unit capacity. Contact UiPath or your Orchestrator service provider to discuss your options for upgrading the service plan.
  1. Optimize Robot Usage:
  • You can also consider optimizing your Robot usage to fit within your existing Robot unit allocation. This might involve reconfiguring your processes, scheduling robots more efficiently, or decommissioning unused robots.
  1. Remove Unnecessary Robots:
  • If you have robots that are no longer in use, consider removing or deactivating them from Orchestrator. This can free up Robot units for allocation to active robots.
  1. Monitor Robot Unit Usage:
  • Keep a close eye on your Robot unit usage within Orchestrator to ensure you are not exceeding your allocation. Set up alerts and notifications to be informed when you approach your capacity limits.
  1. Request Assistance from UiPath Support:
  • If you are experiencing difficulties in managing your Robot unit allocation or require specific guidance, you can contact UiPath Support for assistance.

It’s important to ensure that your Orchestrator service plan matches your organization’s needs and the number of robots you have. Upgrading your service plan to accommodate additional Robot units is a common solution to this error, but it’s essential to understand the cost implications of the service plan upgrade and align it with your budget and automation requirements.
