What could be causing the error message "More Robot Units consumed than allocated in this tenant. Some VMs will be disabled after 13 days" even when there are 6,000 Robot Units available and the Machine Availability Profile is set to "Always" in the setup?
Issue Description: What could be causing the error message "More Robot Units consumed than allocated in this tenant. Some VMs will be disabled after 13 days" even when there are 6,000 Robot Units available, and the Machine Availability Profile is set to "Always" in the setup?
Resolution:
The error message received appears to be caused by the fact that the Robot Units (RUs) were not properly allocated in the Admin > Tenant > Licenses section in Automation Cloud. The RUs were not allocated under the default tenant, which caused the error message to appear.
- Ensure that the necessary RUs have been allocated to the default tenant from the Admin- DefaultTenant- Service- Orchestrator- License allocation.
If this has already been done and the error message is still observed, try clearing the browser's cookies and checking again.
Note: If the remaining balance has enough RUs to consume, the allocation will roll over automatically each month unless changes are made.
