Cannot Allocate Robot Units at tenant level on Cloud Orchestrator

How to edit Robot Units at the tenant level on Cloud Orchestrator?

Issue Description: Unable to edit the Robot Units (RUs) field in Cloud Orchestrator under Admin - Tenant or Licenses tabs. All other fields can be edited and the license values can be changed, however, the RU field is the only one that cannot.

Root Cause: This issue occurs when the Robot Units (RUs) have been reduced (e.g. from 10000 to 6000) on the current license code. This can be verified in BooN.

Workaround:

  1. Disable the tenant(Cloud portal -> Admin -> Tenant -> Settings). Now all licenses associated with it should be released.

  1. Re-enable the tenant
  2. Edit the licenses with the desired number (change from 0 to the desired number) .
