Creating a business with UiPath

Hi,

I saw that this question was asked multiple times on the forum and all the time the answer was to contact the sales team. Unfortunately I cannot use that, as I don’t have a company at the moment, and their form require a company email address, other than gmail, yahoo etc, a company name and so on.

I just wanted to know if it is legal to create a company in order to help other companies to implement RPA solutions with UiPath. I read that they need to have an enterprise license if they have more than 250 machines or $5mil in revenue. All clear here.
My problem is that I don’t seem to find if I can make a business to help other companies if I am NOT enroled in the partner program.
Also I don’t know if I can sell the bots/solutions I create to a small company(2-5 employees) who will use the Community Edition only.

Anyone has any idea about this?

Thank you!
