Community vs Studio licence for corporations

Hello, I am writing to you on behalf of the company that I work for. We have started developing RPA robots with the help of a third party.
Since we are a corporation, I wanted to know, is there a legal/EULA based reason to use Studio Licence or can we develop the robots via Community edition and then purchase the licenses for the robots once development is completed?

In short, you can use Studio Community Edition for free if your company:

  • has less than 5 mln $ in yearly revenue
    and/or
  • has less than 250 users and/or machines
