Connection from Azure DevOps to on-premises Orchestrator

Hi there,

I want to connect to a local orchestrator from the Azure DevOps environment. I want to do this with the UiPath Deploy or UiPath Run Job tasks. The orchestrator is installed in a VM and can be reached via HTTPS: //www…
The Orchestrator version is 2020.10.3
Task version 2. *
I have created a service connection under DevOps, which points to the orchestrator, I have stored this in the corresponding task. When executing the pipeline I get this error: “Failed to run the command. Could not connect to Orchestrator” This error occurs e.g. with UiPath Deploy or UiPath Run Job. I don’t get this connection error with the UiPath Pack task.

Many Thanks

Ralph

Hey GM,

Here we are facing a similar issue :

Can you please assist?

Thanks.
Regards,

We have the same version problem: Azure DevOps Server
Dev version 17.M153.5 Onpremise.

I found a solution.

I decided to run once with one admin account from Orchestrator.

maybe the user I was using did not have permission, or any character from the password was causing problems

Then it worked fine to me.
