Connected, Unlicensed

Hi,

When connecting a robot to Orchestartor, I’m getting Connected, Unlicensed.

Knowing that I’m using a standard robot and provisioned it as Unattended, and the Machine Name is the same as the one in the robot tray.

I am using the Community Cloud edition.

Did you created Robot of type Unattended and provisioned with that robot machine or not ?

hi @johnny123
create your robot as the same name and

make sure you have entered your domain name in robot correctly
if you unsure , open cmd in windows and type and enter “whoami” will show you the domain name

The problem is solved. all it needed was to disable then enable the license for the robot in the orchestrator platform.
