Robot does not exist. Connected, unlicensed

Hello, im trying to connect the orchestrator with a machine. I created the machine in the orchestrator environment, created the robot, used unattended but when I try to connect it in the UIPATH assistant it displays “Connected, Unlicensed.” Meanwhile on the orchestrator it displays that the License is “Active”. I don’t know how to solve this.

Hi Raul,

Please tell me , are you using community version of Orchestrator ?

If yes, I think in this post (link below ) you might find answers why you get such issues
