Citrix not responding for recoridng

Scenario: I am trying to open my Cirtix environment but the application wouldn’t show the Citirix recording while in full screen. Also, when in smaller screen the UI path or the Cirtix wouldn’t response and i had to close the window

Steps to reproduce: I am using Citrix Receiver 4.10 for the same.

Current Behavior: CDViewer.exe wouldn’t response and it would hang.

Expected Behavior: It should let me do the operations.

Studio/Robot/Orchestrator Version: UI Path 2017. Studio 2017.1.6522

Last stable behavior: NA
Last stable version:NA
OS Version: WIndows 10 enterprise 64 bit.
Others if Relevant: (workflow, logs, .net version, service pack, etc):
.Net Version : 4.0.30319.42000

I am having this issue with the newest version of UiPath community edition. Seems like it may have happened between 18.2 and 18.3. Any resolution?

I am also facing the same issue CD viewer is not responding, When I am capturing the image in citrix .
I have tried in 2018 versions and 2016 versions also but same issue I am getting.
Is there any Solution for this?

Hi Prathames,

When I uninstalled and installed the Citrix environment it started working for me.

Not sure what changed in the application level.

Maybe you can try installing a lower version of Citrix . Like 4.6
