Citrix is not clicking on activities in client laptop, using uipath 2020

Hi, I am using citirx and for me it runs well but for my client its not clicking on the activities. I need help. i tried native citrix but its not working. click/tpe into is not working . Any suggestion we both have citirx workspace download. I am using UiPath 2020

There could be many possible reasons as you said that it’s working fine for you and not for others

  1. Make sure that you are using the latest version of the UiPath Citrix Extension. You can download the latest version from the UiPath website.

  2. Make sure that the UiPath Citrix Extension is installed on both your computer and your client’s computer.

  3. Make sure that the UiPath Remote Runtime is installed on the Citrix server.

  4. Make sure that the UiPath Remote Runtime is started. You can start the UiPath Remote Runtime from the Citrix server’s Start menu.

  5. Try using the UiPath Click Image activity instead of the Click activity. The Click Image activity is more reliable than the Click activity in Citrix environments.

  6. Try using the UiPath Send Windows Message activity instead of the Click activity. The Send Windows Message activity is more reliable than the Click activity in Citrix environments, but it is also slower.

  7. Try using the UiPath Computer Vision activities instead of the Click activity. The Computer Vision activities are more reliable than the Click activity in Citrix environments, but they are also more complex to use.

  8. Try restarting the Citrix session.
