Can't install excel add in

Hello while installing Excel Add-in Ui path gives message Installation failed. Please see execution logs.

make sure in task manager excel is not yet open when you install addin.
also try a clean fresh install of studio and ultimately a repair or reinstall of office is possible.
also can you please share the exact office version :

Hello thanks for the answer, I already checked that no excel is open, also removed studio and reinstalled , and this is my excel version. I did all the installation once again wo success

Uninstall the current package you have then reinstall the new one as it conflicts wiht eachother
